Created by and with thanks to That Artsy Reader! This week’s theme is about our favourite words, but I thought I’d give it a bookish twist: here’s a few words that must be among my favourites, because they feature most often in titles in my personal library!
.

1. Love: 18 hits
I’m not even a bit surprised this is the most-used word in titles I read. I am a romantic at heart, after all.
2. Royal: 11 hits
I’m also not super surprised at this one. That’s the Genovian effect, y’all.

3. Life: 9 hits
What struck me about this one is how often it was used in subtitles. And not even biographies!
4. Little: 7 hits
I didn’t realise, until I made this list, that I actually do really like the word ‘little’. That feels a very positive 180 from it being the word used to bully me as a kid, so that’s growth!

5. Wicked: 7 hits
What can I say? ’tis the season–but ’tis eternally the season for me.
.
What’s the most popular title word in your collection?
It’s awesome that wicked made it to your list. There are so many amusing stories with that word in the title.

I love this twist! I don’t know what my most popular words are. I want to read more Royal books though.
Have a great week!

It was really fun to find out–I definitely recommend it! Royal books are like catnip for me. I don’t even know why!

It is strange what catches our eye – useful to know too!

And strange how it doesn’t always reflect real life interests (thinking specifically about royalty)!

Although to be honest my fictional reads are more realistic than the shambolic reality that we are currently living in!

LOL. It’s funny because it’s true! (And also a little laughing-through-the-tears sort of way.)

I like your take on this week’s prompt! It’s cool to see what word comes up often for the books we own. I would be curious about my own. 😂

Since I enjoy contemporary romance novels and novels with a solid love story, probably a lot of mine also have ‘love’ in the title. 🙂 Thanks so much for visiting my website today! Appreciate this.

It wasn’t a surprise for me, either! Happy TTT ☺️

Very interesting list. It makes me wonder which words are most common in my personal library. I think “queen” or “king” would be high up and “fire.” I love the words that made your list. Even though I’m a romantic at heart, I don’t have a lot of books with “love” in the title. Hmmm. Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I found it super interesting to see my most popular words—now I’m interested to see ‘king’ and ‘queen’ numbers!

‘Love’ does seem to be a popular one, but for good reason! I’d be interested to know yours, if you do work them out 🙂

I like how you chose words for the prompt this week. This is something I would like to do at some point, but it would take a long time to list all the books in my library to figure it out! XD

Ha, I did just glance at my bookshelf and try to spot easy patterns, but I’d love to do it on a deeper level!
